Job summary

CB2 is seeking an Operations Associate to maintain an efficient stockroom and support the salesfloor. Reporting to the Assistant Store Leader, you’ll ensure timely customer order fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and well-presented store displays.

You will collaborate with the store team to uphold company policies, foster an inclusive environment, and maintain safety, while learning and utilizing all relevant systems to support operational routines, pricing, and promotions.

• General office equipment experience (computer, printer, email, etc.).
• Strong reading and written English skills and data entry ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in stocking product and displays on the sales floor for customer purchase.
• Process incoming shipments and curbside/ship-from-store orders promptly.
• Prepare stockroom for inventory and perform inventory duties.
• Conduct stock checks and maintain an organized stockroom.
• Greet customers and respond to questions, involving management as needed.
• Maintain loss prevention and safety guidelines per management.
• Organize stockroom with the Operations Team and support floor upkeep.
• Collaborate with Sales Associates and Visual Merchant on seasonal floor changes.
• Communicate receipt of new items, shortages, or product conditions to team.
