Job summary

CB2 Operations Associate role focusing on maintaining an efficient stockroom and supporting the salesfloor. You will help fulfill customer orders, manage inventory, and keep store displays well-presented while learning store systems for pricing and promotions.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team with ensuring product and displays on the sales floor are stocked appropriately and available for customers to purchase.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments including curbside, ship from store, and BOPIS orders.
• Assist in preparing the stockroom for inventory and perform inventory duties.
• Perform stock checks and maintain an organized stockroom.
• Greet and assist customers, escalating to management as needed.
