Job summary

CB2 is seeking an Operations Associate to sustain an efficient stockroom and support the salesfloor. You will handle inventory, process shipments, and maintain store displays while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Reporting to the Assistant Store Leader, you will collaborate with the store team to uphold policies, ensure safety, and support pricing and promotions across systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong reading and written English skills.
• Ability to work in a flexible environment.
• Commitment to store safety standards and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in stocking product and displays on the sales floor.
• Process incoming shipments and curbside orders promptly.
• Prepare stockroom for inventory and perform inventory duties.
• Conduct stock checks and maintain organized stockroom.
• Greet customers and respond to questions, involving management when needed.
• Support loss prevention, safety guidelines, and associate policies.
• Collaborate with Sales Associates and Visual Merchant on floor maintenance.
• Inform team of new items, overages, shortages, and item conditions.
