Job summary

Belk in Spanish Fort, AL is seeking an Operations Team Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by processing inbound truck deliveries and preparing merchandise for the sales floor. This hourly role also supports facilities maintenance and back-of-house organization while partnering with the merchandising team.

You will unload cartons, apply sensor tags, manage product transfers and RFID tasks, assist with floor sets and pricing, while keeping the store clean, stocked,

Qualifications

• Customer service focus and store objectives driven.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision in deadline-driven environment.
• Comfortable with technology (smartphones, tablets, Windows).
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from truck deliveries and prepare items for the sales floor.
• Apply sensor tags, manage product transfers and RFID tasks.
• Assist with floor sets, pricing, and promotional changes.
• Support facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain stock organization and replenish supplies during shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service and help during peak traffic.
• Adhere to asset protection, safety guidelines, and store policies.
