Belk in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Operations Team Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by processing inbound truck deliveries, getting merchandise customer-ready, and supporting back-of-house operations.

You will unload shipments, complete tag applications, RFID tasks, assist with floor sets and promotions, maintain cleanliness, and help protect store assets while providing friendly service during peak times.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service orientation and willingness to achieve store objectives.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology and POS/handheld devices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move around the store as needed.

Responsabilités

• Unload cartons from truck deliveries and prepare items for the sales floor.
• Process tags, transfers, damage, and RFID tasks to support inventory accuracy.
• Assist with facilities processes and store maintenance activities.
• Support floor sets, promotions, price changes, and order picking/packing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist during peak times.
• Follow asset protection and safety procedures to minimize risk.
