Belk in Mooresville, NC is seeking an Operations Team Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by processing inbound truck deliveries and preparing new merchandise for the sales floor. You will perform outbound merchandise activities, support facilities maintenance, and maintain back-of-house organization while collaborating with merchandising to place and sign products.

This is an hourly, on-site role with flexible hours.

• Unload cartons from truck deliveries and prep items for sales floor.
• Process sensor tags, transfers, damage, and RFID tasks for inventory accuracy.
• Support facilities maintenance, lighting, and housekeeping responsibilities.
• Assist with floor sets, product presentation, pricing changes, and orders.
• Replenish supplies, support store recovery, and organize tools and stock.
• Provide exceptional customer assistance and help during peak periods.
• Maintain security procedures and asset protection compliance.
