JCPenney is seeking an Operations Associate to support early-morning store operations and create a great customer experience. You will work with a team to perform tasks before opening, handle pricing updates, restock, receive shipments, and uphold backroom standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising execution, and participation in omnichannel initiatives to enhance shopping experiences across channels. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service on the sales floor.
• Execute pricing and signing adjustments efficiently across merchandise.
• Replenish and restock stock to meet customer demand and planograms.
• Receive and unload merchandise from trucks and stock the backroom.
• Maintain backroom organization and safety standards.
• Contribute to Omnichannel initiatives (BOPIS, Ship from Store, returns).
• Help implement merchandising plans and maintain standards.
