Job summary

Alo is seeking an Operations Associate (Full-Time) at Seaport Square in Boston. You will drive store profitability and efficiency, working with the Operations & Visual Management team to implement processes and support inventory, shipment, and visual standards.

The role requires 1+ years in client-centric operations, mobility to move around the store, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. ALO offers competitive benefits, an employee discount, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work 7 days a week, 32–40 hours.
• Constant movement around the store and back of house.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with the General/Store Manager to fix gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Coordinate with reporting, budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships to keep operations efficient.
• Promote a safe work environment with strong stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs and guests.
• Assist with company-level operational directives and initiatives with the team.
