ALO is seeking an Operations Associate in Columbus to join our store team. This role drives profitability and efficiency by collaborating with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute core store processes and initiatives.

You will handle inventory accuracy, shipments, replenishment, and visual standards. The position requires movement around the store, physical tasks, and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales and operational environment.
• Ability to stand and move for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Keen eye for inventory accuracy and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, and stock management.
