Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to uphold store standards and support sales drivers with inventory, cleanliness, and process execution. You will help ensure product availability and assist in merchandising and operations that impact guest satisfaction.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Full-time positions include comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within a busy, energetic beauty destination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence to support sales and guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked and merchandise available for purchase.
• Maintain store cleanliness and execute assigned tasks.
• Assist with inventory counts, resets, planograms, and displays.
• Follow policies and dress code, safeguard assets, and provide guest service.
• Collaborate with MM and OM to meet performance goals.
