Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations, ensure products are available, and maintain store cleanliness. You will work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet performance metrics and deliver a great guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

High school diploma preferred.
1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
Proficient with POS system and Apple devices; able to work independently and as part of a team; problem solving.

Responsibilities

Meet goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboard including shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets and inventory counts.
Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
Be knowledgeable of Ulta Beauty policies, procedures and standards.
Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, inventory procedures and processing shipments.
Drive operational excellence by replenishing, facing, and ensuring testers are available; keep store areas clean.
