Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, merchandising, and guest experience. You will help keep fixtures stocked, assist with inventory, and maintain store cleanliness and compliance with company standards.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability in attendance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible scheduling includes early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
