SMCP is seeking an Operations Associate to oversee back-of-house functions that support a seamless customer experience on the sales floor. You will manage merchandise intake, transfers, markdowns, RTVs, and inventory accuracy, contributing to store performance and brand presentation.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and teamwork, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Experience in retail operations and strong communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior sales support experience, including POS, merchandising paperwork, cycle counts, and inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work within established timelines.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Brand-appropriate personal presentation.
• Strong communication skills with team members and leadership.
• Flexibility with scheduling to meet business needs.
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus in key markets.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Responsabilités

• Administrative & Merchandise Processing: Manage the check-in and processing of incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and readiness for the sales floor.
• Coordinate store-to-store transfers, ensuring timely and precise movement of merchandise.
• Oversee markdown management by updating pricing and ensuring changes are reflected on the floor.
• Process RTVs (Return to Vendor) efficiently, maintaining clear records and compliance with vendor guidelines.
