Job summary

SMCP North America in Chicago is seeking a full-time Operations Associate to manage back-of-house operations and support the customer experience. You will handle merchandise processing, store transfers, markdowns, RTVs, maintenance, and stockroom organization, while contributing to inventory control and POS functions.

The role requires 1+ years in sales support, strong organization, attention to detail, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales support experience including POS, merchandising paperwork, cycle counts, and inventory management.
• Strong organization skills and ability to work within established timelines.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Brand-appropriate personal presentation and flexible scheduling.
