Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations
• Mentor team members to deliver fast, friendly service
• Ensure an excellent shopping experience for all customers

Minimum Requirements

• Maintain a courteous, friendly attitude
• Stock and restock inventory
• Check in vendor deliveries
• Minimum of one year retail experience
• Basic computer skills
• Complete required paperwork (shift reports, gas reconciliation, cigarette counts, etc.)
• Assist in training team members
• Support the Store Manager as needed

Additional Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and operate electronic equipment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Stand for extended periods
• Lift and bend up to 25 pounds
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Must be 18 or older
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements

• Maintain store cleanliness and safety
• Lift up to 30 pounds when needed
• Access all store areas
• Prolonged sitting and standing
