Responsibilities

• Create a superior customer service experience to maximize market penetration, store growth, sales, and profitability
• Provide daily leadership and foster a culture of employee engagement
• Partner with teammates to drive store initiatives

• Lead a successful team, support the store manager, and manage store operations in a fast-paced retail setting
• Manage inventory, assets, safety, and operational issues

• Build customer relationships and ensure positive experiences both in-store and via phone

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade courses a plus
• Experience in the automotive aftermarket, hobby/DIY, or willingness to learn automotive basics
• Passion for customer care and building long-term relationships
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
• Ability to lift 60 lbs
• Preferred: Automotive industry background, experience in parts stores, auto body, dealership, or related fields
• Customer-centric attitude
• ASE Certifications or NAPA Know How are a plus
