Responsibilities

• Oversee money flow in and out of store and process customer transactions.
• Lead office personnel and promote customer service.
• Train and develop partners, schedule, plan, and direct work with upper management.
• Audit money orders, check cashing, Western Union activities for AML compliance.
• Balance cash drawers, prepare deposits, and maintain accurate records.
• Research and resolve office-related issues with retail support staff.
