Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Balance the cash fund every morning and evening.
• Complete daily opening and closing procedure checklists.
• Prepare and reconcile bank deposits.
• Process customer sales and payments accurately.
• Answer phones and manage store voicemail.
• Schedule deliveries and verify purchase orders for stock.
• Assist with deliveries preparation and order pickup notifications.
• Maintain an organized and secure office environment.
• Follow up on service tickets and customer inquiries.
