Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 0–3 years of customer service experience.
• 1–3 years of cash handling experience or equivalent.
• General computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and O365 preferred.
• Strong math, communication, and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Balance the cash fund every morning and evening.
• Process customer sales and payments accurately.
• Answer phones and manage store voicemail.
• Prepare and reconcile bank deposits.
• Maintain an organized and secure office environment.
• Schedule deliveries and verify readiness for routing.
