Havertys is seeking an Office Assistant to join our retail team, handling customer sales, payments, and phone duties in a store setting. You will participate in daily opening/closing tasks and support delivery scheduling, with emphasis on superior customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, with 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Cash handling experience or equivalent is preferred.
• General computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, and O365.

• Balance the cash fund and reconcile deposits.
• Process customer sales and payments accurately.
• Answer phones and manage store voicemail.
• Prepare and schedule deliveries and verify orders.
