Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Co-Manager in Des Peres, MO to support the Store Manager in achieving sales, shrink, payroll and expenses. You will mentor a team of assistants and stylists, maintain the Oasis Omni channel experience, and lead brand-aligned merchandising decisions.

You will analyze KPI reporting, recruit and onboard talent, and ensure exceptional customer service while aligning with Windsor policies and Visual Guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and overall productivity.
• Coach and develop assistants and stylists.
• Ensure payroll and expenses are controlled in store operations.
• Maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines and merchandising standards.
