Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in underwriting FNMA/FHLMC, FHA, USDA, and VA loans.
• General understanding of underwriting and compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to retail and TPO originators with guidelines and scenarios.
• Maintain a small pipeline of loans for final approval.
• Review appraisal types for final approval including issuing NOV’s.
• Attend refresher training for all investor guidelines.
• Respond to management for all QC/QA exceptions.
