Job summary

Chickasaw Community Bank is seeking a Retail Mortgage Production Manager in Oklahoma City to oversee and grow the mortgage lending channel. You will lead a team of Mortgage Loan Officers, drive sales and pipeline growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with other departments to deliver superior customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, industry knowledge and the ability to manage budgets and performance against targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of mortgage origination experience.
• 2+ years of managing a mortgage branch/office or inbound call center environment.
• NMLS license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide input, objectives, strategies and sales performance goals for Retail Mortgage channel.
• Lead and direct all sales and business development activities of Mortgage Loan Officers to meet high standards.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop Retail Mortgage team members to achieve loan volume goals.
• Partner with other departments to ensure excellent customer service for Retail Mortgage customers.
• Stay abreast of government regulations and policy changes affecting the bank.
