Job summary

RCB Bank in Oklahoma City seeks an experienced mortgage professional to generate loans, foster client relationships, and promote bank products and services. The role includes guiding current and past clients, and working with real estate professionals to grow referral networks.

Ideal candidates bring FHA/VA/USDA guidance knowledge, NMLS registration, five years of mortgage lending experience, and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset focused on community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; NMLS registration or ability to obtain it.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in mortgage lending functions.
• Sales experience preferably in the mortgage industry.

Responsibilities

• Generate loans from outside sales calls including real estate companies, builders and the public.
• Meet with prospective borrowers, review credit/financial information, and present suitable products and disclosures.
• Provide training and guidance to newly-hired mortgage loan staff.
