Job summary

PrimeLending, a PlainsCapital Company, seeks a Branch Manager in Oklahoma City to lead the sales team and drive loan production by developing market relationships with realtors, builders and bank officers. You will promote PrimeLending products and ensure quality deliveries aligned with guidelines.

You will recruit, coach and develop staff, plan staffing and budgets, and collaborate with operations to deliver saleable loans and achieve ambitious growth in a competitive mortgage market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or business related field preferred; state license if required.
• 3-5 years loan officer experience and at least 3 years of management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage all phases of residential mortgage origination.
• Ability to interact with regional/corporate departments to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Judgment and decision making ability.
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to process large amounts of information accurately.
• Stays informed of real estate trends and mortgage regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
• Active in community and professional organizations.
• Ability to adapt to changing mortgage environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate PrimeLending and other loan products to meet customer needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and bank officers.
• Market and promote PrimeLending financial products.
• Recruit, hire and train loan officers; lead sales training.
• Ensure loans are saleable and deliverable per guidelines.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, forecasts and reports.
• Monitor loan pricing and competitive factors.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Provide performance feedback and leadership to staff.
• Coordinate with operations to meet productivity goals.
• Travel as required and engage in community networks.
