Qualifications

• 2-3 years related mortgage lending experience.
• Thorough knowledge of FHA, VA Conventional, FHLMC, FNMA guidelines.
• NMLS required.

Responsibilities

• Generate mortgage and development loans through solicitation.
• Maintain an active call schedule with business sources.
• Build and nurture internal and external relationships.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Oral and written communication skills

Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations

Knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines

Ability to operate PC and 10 key

Education

Associate's Degree

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
