Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate (SiS) to be a dynamic part of the Retail Team at National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate them on products and services, and drive value through consultative selling in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll leverage digital tools, onboard new customers, and maintain high service standards while contributing to sales targets and customer satisfaction. A High School diploma and 6 months in a retail setting are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• As a Mobile Associate, you will consistently leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process, identifying customer needs and using solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate value.
• Complete training on the in-store experience, products and processes, review results and updates, and partner with nearby stores to onboard customers; perform opening/closing, keep assets secure, and report losses.
• Be customer-obsessed: connect with customers, build rapport, trust, and loyalty; follow up, capture referrals, manage Be Back, and promote price overrides when needed.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
