T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced store.

You’ll build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey. You will develop skills in customer interaction, digital tool usage, and service plan recommendations, collaborating with teammates to deliver a seamless experience and foster loyalty.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage customers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless tech.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
