T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates for our Store-in-Store locations. You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate them on wireless solutions, and drive sales while delivering a standout customer experience.

We emphasize product knowledge, solution-based selling, and building lasting relationships with customers. Training is provided, with clear paths for growth and performance-based incentives in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services. You will deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Complete training on the in-store experience, products, processes, and systems. Review personal results and updates to stay customer ready at all times. On-board customers, perform openings/closings, and safeguard assets.
• Be customer-obsessed: engage, build trust, follow up, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and promote price overrides where applicable.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
