Rocket stores is seeking a Manager-In-Training to complete a structured program and develop into a Store Manager role. The MIT will learn to lead daily operations under supervision and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and performance-based raises tied to a 90-day milestone and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop team members.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Must have valid, clean Driver's License.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
