Job summary

Rocket Stores seeks a Manager-In-Training to join our full-time team and learn to manage store operations under supervision. You will contribute to a courteous customer environment and participate in our structured training path toward Store Manager, with on-the-job training from Store and District Managers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid and infraction-free Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Must have a proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage, direct and supervise the daily operations of the store.
• Maintain a pleasant and courteous environment for customers and team members.
• Receive on-the-job training from Store Manager and District Manager before transitioning into a Store Manager role.
