Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers with engaging displays and efficient shelving. You will help build end caps, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, contributing to a positive, high‑performing team environment.

Qualificações

• Customer-facing role experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lead and train fellow teammates
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
