Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a hands-on in-store merchandising associate in our retail network. You will build displays, rotate stock, reset shelves, and track inventory to help stores maximize sales opportunities.

You will also support leadership with reporting, scheduling, onboarding and training new teammates. No prior experience required, with training and team support provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in a retail setting.
• Ability to move, bend, stand for shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience leading and training others is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Build displays and end caps, rotate stock and track inventory.
• Reset shelves and ensure availability to maximize sales.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, onboarding and training.
