Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising helper to meet shoppers’ needs. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. No prior experience is required as we provide training, team support, and opportunities to grow. You’ll need to be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and ability to interact with customers and management.
• Merchandising experience including displays, rotation, and shelf resets.
• Leadership and training experience a plus; ability to train teammates.
