Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a Merchandising Team Leader to deliver outstanding in-store merchandising, create attractive displays and end caps, reset shelves for optimal product rotation, and meticulously track inventory to drive sales for stores and suppliers.

You will support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new teammates. The role requires enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to work physically in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lead and train teams.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
