Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers across the network. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, and you may handle additional hours. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you thrive.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter with action and results orientation
• Able to lead and train others
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
