Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers, build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales. You will assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Can use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
