Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks an in-store merchandising support associate to help retailers meet shopper needs. You will build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory while supporting leadership with reporting, scheduling and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. The role offers growth opportunities and a benefits package to customize to your family's needs.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation to the work location.
1–2 years of merchandising experience.
Experience leading and training people.
Able to use a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift.
Strong self-starter with action and results orientation.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to safety in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
