Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Alaska is seeking a hands-on Merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, setting end caps, and rotating stock to maximize sales.

You will also track inventory, assist with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

No prior experience required; training provided; must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Reliable transportation to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to build displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling and onboarding new hires.
