Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising helper to support retailers in creating compelling displays and end caps. You will be responsible for shelf replenishment, inventory tracking, and ensuring stores maximize sales opportunities.

We offer competitive wages at 18.00 USD per hour, opportunities for growth, and comprehensive benefits. No prior experience required as training is provided. Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and retail environments.
• Ability to lead and train teammates.
• Experience with merchandising and store displays is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, training, and onboarding new hires.
