Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Peoria, AZ is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers, build displays and end caps, rotate stock, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and training. No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive training and team support.

Qualifications

• Are 18 years or older.
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Have experience leading and training people.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
