Job summary

Retail Odyssey in the United States is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate to support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory. You will assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while delivering excellent customer service.

No prior experience required as training is provided; 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Growth opportunities abound and additional hours may be available upon request.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Able to interact with customers and management professionally.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks.
• 18 years or older with reliable transportation to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Build displays and end caps, rotate shelves, track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
