Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in the United States. You will support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, rotating products, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while enjoying growth opportunities and company training. No prior experience is required; training is provided, and additional hours may be available.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• You’re 18 years or older and able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience and ability to lead/train others.
• Reliable transportation and basic smartphone/tablet usage for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers and shoppers.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory.
