The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring for an in-store merchandising role. You will provide merchandising support to retailers, build displays and end caps, rotate stock, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Ability to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Build displays and end caps, rotate stock, and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
• Record work after each shift using a smartphone or tablet.
