Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to help shape the shopping experience. You will support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to optimize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while delivering friendly, proactive customer service to shoppers and clients. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing manner
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to perform physical work: move, bend, stand, lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to the work location
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and team members
• Self-motivated with a strong bias for action and results
• Capable of independent work and strong team-building skills
• Commitment to safety-first in a retail environment

Responsibilities
