Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by creating displays, rotating products, and monitoring inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and training new teammates. No prior experience is required as thorough training and team support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
