Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks an in-store merchandising associate to help retailers meet shopper needs. You will build displays, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You’ll also support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. No prior experience required as training and team support are provided; lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• 18 years or older
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Reliable transportation to the work location
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment
