Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for in-store merchandising support. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves with rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits are offered. Applicants must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years merchandising experience.
• Ability to lead and train people.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with action and results.
• Comfortable using smartphones/tablets to record work.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps and rotate products.
• Reset shelves and manage product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
