Job summary

Retail Odyssey is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to assist retailers, build displays, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will also help with leadership tasks, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed, with a starting wage of $14.00 per hour and potential for additional hours.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• 1–2 years merchandising experience
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Able to lead and train teammates
• Able to use a smartphone/tablet to record tasks
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with team-building ability
• Safety-conscious in a retail environment

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers' needs
• Build displays and end caps, rotate stock, track inventory
