Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, open/close procedures, cash handling, and security. You will supervise associates, provide training, and ensure excellent customer service on the sales floor.

You will drive store sales, optimize merchandising, and ensure promotions and signage follow corporate guidelines, while maintaining inventory integrity and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock on the floor.
• Manages displays, signage, and seasonal updates per guidelines.
• Opens/closes the store; handles cash, locks, alarms for daily operation.
• Acts as Manager on Duty; leads staff, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Oversees daily activities of associates and training on policies.
• Drives sales by optimizing merchandising and service; controls expenses.
• Executes market plan; maintains promo materials; ensures inventory integrity.
